UK Retail Shipments

•  We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, DPDLocal, FedEx, and other Carriers as deemed fit after consultation with our customers
• Trackable next day 24hrs & special delivery services are available.
• 2-3 days royal mail signed for service

• We use the services of TNT, FedEx, DHL, DPD, Parcelforce, and a host of other Carriers as deemed fit and after consultation with a customer
• Transit times: 2-7 days
•  Parcelforce & other Carriers also use GLS - a road based European network of parcel delivery companies - to deliver in 30 countries across Europe.
  

Services

•  We offer customers the choice to choose FedEx, TNT or Royal Mail or Parcelforce or DHL or UPS or DPD or a local/overseas Independent Sea/land Freight Forwarder of their choice.
• Parcelforce uses EMS - an express mail service network of postal services worldwide - to deliver its export services on the ground in local markets that we ship to around the globe. EMS offer door-to-door custom cleared express & normal services.
• DPD offers our customers road service to most of Europe, air service to Australia, China, France, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, USA, Ireland and Northern Ireland
• Next business day service between the UK and many cities worldwide including those in Germany, France, Ireland, USA, Spain, Italy, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
• On average your consignment will be shipped the next business day with an estimated delivery of 2 days for European & US cities, and from 3 days for most of Africa, Asia and South America.
• Standard courier services and other non-trackable shipping options are also available. These take between 5 to 30 days, depending on destinations 
  

•  Freight/Parcel is charged at the current price per volumetric or actual weight, depending on whichever is greater (unless there is an existing quantity agreement between a customer and ourselves).
• Quotes are available & valid at the time of order placement.
• Customers may choose to use their preferred courier companies.
  

• Please contact www.inkribbonpaper.co.uk for a return number before returning any goods. No refund or replacement can be given without first arranging the return with us.  This is key to our SHIPPING RETURN POLICY.
  

•  Usually, door-to-door custom cleared express service for 'dutiables' of any weight
• A Door to Airport or Seaport or bond Warehouse delivery address service for some destination countries. Please call or email us to find out how best you can benefit from these options.
• Mainly 'physical' addresses are shipped to.  [However, if you are in a country or country location where PO Box addresses are the best or the only option for delivery, please tell us so that our shipment to you could be excluded from this general rule].
  
• Transit shipments to UK freight forwarders are available, upon customer request.  In this case, UK VAT may apply to exports and customers who qualify for VAT refund will be expected to complete & return the VAT form that we ship along with their goods to such freight forwarders.  If unsure, email or call us.
• Global & Remote Area Trading.  We ship worldwide, and trade where others fail or refuse to go to.  Such destination countries, city locations, remote villages & countrysides are situated in Europe, North/South America, Africa and Asia. These include Libya, Syria, Irag, Afghanistan, Sudan, South Sudan, Yemen, Eritrea, Iran, Somalia, North Korea, Democratic Republic of Congo,  Central African Republic, Mali, Niger, Lebanon, Belarus, Myanmar, Zimbabwe, etc 
  

• To check the progress of a shipment, we provide our customers with a tracking or airway bill number or a link to the website of the courier company
  

• Orders received before 1500 hrs will be collected by our Courier same day.
• Orders after 1500 hrs will be collected by our courier on the following day.
• Orders after 1500 hrs on Friday will be collected by our Courier on Monday.
• Delivery dates are given in good faith by Agency Shop (Ink Ribbon Paper) to indicate estimated delivery times, but shall not amount to any contractual obligation to deliver at the time stated.  Agency Shop is not a courier company
•  The guarantees that we offer to you are the same offered to us by world-renowned Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, UPS,  DPD,  FedEx, and other couriers.
• Guarantee Definition. The same as offered by the Courier, that is proportionate refunds of carriage cost in the unlikely event of late delivery.
• Goods Tax & Duty: Some international shipments may have taxes or duties levied by local customs authorities.  If so, you will be required to pay such taxes or duty on or before or after delivery - depending on your status with the Courier.
  
• Insurance & Liability covers: Usually as offered by the respective Courier.
