Troy Micr Toner Secure™ & Troy Security Toner™ come with an anti-fraud technology that meets worldwide banking standards and is approved by HP for MICR toner printing.
The anti-fraud security agent embedded in both toners turns red when activated, e.g., via an attempt to wash a document (e.g., bank cheques, medical/prescription records, certificates, educational & legal transcripts, etc.) on which it is applied. In other words, it creates and adds an extra layer of security to such high value documents; thus, securing the sensitive data on them.
Typical chemicals for washing security documents include acetone acetate and carpet cleaning solvents.
